Details from designs of existing race, stock or banger cars are being used, transformed and interpreted in this set of 11 paintings on aluminium in various formats. Sketches of the works were created in November and December 2022. Derived from banger racing, a questionable motorsport event, where damage to an opponent‘s car is permitted and encouraged. The makeshift race cars become progressively trashed throughout the event.
